Cancellation and Refund Policy
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of payment confirmation provided that the order has not been processed or dispatched. Cancellation requests must be made promptly through our contact channels.
Conditions for Returns
Returns are accepted only for items that are defective, damaged upon delivery, or incorrectly supplied. Requests must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear evidence where required.
Returned items must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in original packaging with all tags intact.
Non Eligible Returns
Items that show signs of wear, alteration, misuse, or damage after delivery will not qualify for return or refund. Clearance or discounted items may also be non refundable unless defective.
Refund Approval Process
Once a return request is received, the item will be reviewed and inspected. If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within five to ten business days.
Exchange Option
Where available, customers may opt for an exchange instead of a refund, subject to stock availability.
